All 3 lakes are fed by the crystal clear water from Bessy Beck, a small stream that rises on the nearby Howgill fells. Bessy Beck runs through our rearing tanks and keeps the lakes topped up with clean water. This helps to guarantee the high standard of our fish and their excellent eating qualities.
