2010 Competitions

Troutmasters

Troutmasters competition is Eupope's biggest flyfishing competition where over 10,000 anglers take part at over 200 fisheries.

Captors of the three biggest fish every month from each member water win a Troutmasters badge.

At the end of the year all badge winners  will be asked to enter a fish off  at the water where they won their badge to decide who will get an invitation to the grand final.

The grand final winner will receive a number of prizes including a cash prize of £500 plus promotion in the pages of Trout Fisherman Magazine.

The fish off for the 2010 Troutmasters will take place on the 19th February 2011. 9.00am-1.00pm.

 


CEFF / Airflow Competition 2010

A heat took place place on 14th April 2010 for individuals and teams of three.

The individual winner was Simon Robinson with 17 fish, second was Glen Appleby with 13 and third was Trevor Wadds with 10 fish.

The team winners were Stonebridge Triple A's with 27 fish.

The 2011 CEFF/Greys Bank Championship Bessy Beck heat took place on 20th April 2011.

The weather was very sunny and the event was fully booked making it difficult for the competitors.

The winner was Andrew Scott with 9 fish, second was Simon Robinson also with 9 fish and third was Terry Phillips with 8 fish.
