Fun days and Corporate events

Bessy Beck  Trout Fishery offers a fresh solution for groups in search of an original break from long sessions with flow charts and sales projections.

Events can be tailored for the experienced or totally inexperienced angler, groups wanting a fun day or companies wanting to reward their employees or customers.

Complete novices are almost certain to catch a trout after a short period of tuition. Lessons are put into practice on the Mallard Lake which is well stocked with good sized Rainbow Trout and perfectly suited to novice anglers.

The experienced fishermen in the party need'nt be tied to the novice group and can choose to move to the Island Lake at any stage of the day.

During corporate and fun days all tackle is supplied and the fishery permit is included in the cost.

Tea or coffee is available throughout the day and lunch can be taken in our Tea Room.All meals are prepared using locally sourced ingredients and our own fresh trout and smoked trout are always on the menu.

Bookings for Fun days and corporate groups are for a minimum of 6 persons up to a maximum of 20, the number of coaches will be adjusted to the group size.

Charges

The cost of these events varies according to the content. For example, a Fun day for a group of 8 people with 6hrs tuition/angling with tackle hire will be £30 per head.(this will include the first fish caught, other fish charged as extra)
